Mmmmmm

Stuffed peppers done on the BBQ!
Just because I refuse to cook without a kitchen does not mean Mr. Hunter can't. ha ha. He is willing as long as the cooking happens on the BBQ.

Delicious!
Cheers,
Carolyn

As requested, here is Mr. Hunters recipe as written by him:

Bag of frozen shrimp
Bag of crab meat or simulated crab meat
Bag of Smoked Salmon
Chives/Green Onions
Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese
Garlic Cream Cheese Dip

Get a bunch of each of these materials.
Throw in a bowl

Add enough cream cheese and cream cheese dip to get the mix good and gooey.
Remember dips and sauces ARE a food group.

Scalp the pepper and pull out the guts. Ignore screams from the pepper. Keep the scalp.

Stuff the gooey goodness inside the pepper and put the scalp back on. Screaming will stop.
Line ‘em up in a BBQ veggie basket and put on the grill. Cook until insides start bubbling over.
ALWAYS set BBQ at 300C – if any higher things will burn.

If you want……..add cheese to top of pepper before putting scalp back on. Adds some more gooey goodness.
