I often wonder how and when they do it. I remember when I was in college there was a HUGE naked pink lady painted above a tunnel on a canyon road above a tunnel. It was quite a piece of art and amazing that it could be done so quickly. They had to whitewash the mountain because it was such a distraction along the steep canyons road.
I think all graffiti should come with and explaination page - lol!
